On June 14th, Flag Day all collected flags are retired at the Akron Canton Airport at the Summit County Sheriffs facility. This is done every year on June 14th no matter what day it may fall on. Many organizations are present for the very formal and fitting ceremony. The flags are pre-folded and placed on tables and then taken by those designated forward to be burned with proper respect for the flag.below are some pictures from this years ceremony.
